Can anyone find me that funny video where these africans are under attack and this rich guy sends an email telling a guy that he is getting millions of dollars.  Then the guy that gets the email deletes it because he thinks that it's spam...

Hindsight is 20/20 they say.

Maybe there was a better way to end WW2, and if there is I'm sure you can rationalize it by looking back at all the facts.

But Truman and Roosevelt didn't have that luxury of looking back.  Dropping atomic weapons on cities was a despicable and horrible thing for the United States to do, but it was better than the obvious alternatives at the time.

On a side note.  Jon Stewart apologized the next night on his show.
