Figured I would show you guys how I spent my weekend. (to make bob jealous)

One of the themes for the Carlisle all Ford Nationals was the Cobra Jet reunion.  This is great because my favorite car is a 1968 1/2 mustang with a 428CJ.  Ford daybued the 428CJ by entering two race cars into the field at Pamonna (sp?) Speedway...



They took first and second in the dragraces.  Phil Bonner (one of those drivers) was signing autographs but sadly I was too late and missed him.

Another cool event was the burnout contest.  I tried to get a picture of the winning T-Bird.  It is there...trust me.



And in the end it was a good show.  This is the Mustang/T-Bird/Fairlane side of the show...there are still a lot I couldn't fit in the picture.



With the show they had a portable dyno which I saw a 2003 cobra (which was for sale) put down 563hp 545tq...it sold three minutes later.  All in all, great weekend!
